Introduction to role
We're excited to share this opportunity; the role is under the umbrella of Learning & Development / Training Function.
As a Capabilities BP, you’ll have the chance to play a crucial role in driving initiatives focused on learning and development to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to design and implement programs that foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Additionally, you will empower employees through effective onboarding and continuous training sessions, ensuring the efficient use of digital tools to enhance learning and operational excellence.
Accountabilities
Identify learning needs, design and deliver training, and evaluate effectiveness for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to meet goals. Conduct field visits for skill implementation and create coaching plans. Enhance training through social learning and assess tools for performance impact. Assist in capabilities building and onboarding. Foster communication, support innovation, and help manage projects to meet objectives efficiently.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Pharmaceutical / Medical Background & Education
- A minimum of three years of Training Experience
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Pharmaceutical background is a plus- Learning design and development skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Professional L&D certifications
- Social learning management
- LMS management
- Performance consulting
- Design with 3 Es
